Former Jones Day partner joins Dallas firm to advise Fortune 500 clients

DALLAS – Condon Tobin, a full-service business law firm specializing in commercial real estate, banking and corporate transactions, and complex litigation, is pleased to announce that experienced M&A and corporate finance lawyer Mark Goglia has joined the firm as partner.

Mr. Goglia will advise emerging growth and Fortune 500 companies, focusing on M&A and private equity transactions, corporate governance, investment vehicles, joint ventures, IPOs and other registered securities offerings. He was a partner at global law firm Jones Day where he practiced for more than 11 years before starting his own firm, Goglia PLLC.

Having advised issuers and underwriters of IPOs for more than 15 companies, Mr. Goglia’s experience demonstrates substantial expertise in the technology, energy, and retail/consumer packaged goods sectors. He earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University.

Mr. Goglia has been recognized on the Texas Super Lawyer list for five consecutive years and before that was recognized on the companion Texas Rising Stars list of up-and-coming young lawyers. He also has been on D Magazine’s Best Lawyers in Dallas list since 2011.
