Abigail assists clients with litigation matters including federal and state consumer protection, consumer finance litigation in bankruptcy, employment disputes, and complex-commercial litigation. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Before joining Condon Tobin, Abigail represented and counseled financial institutions including national mortgage servicers, mortgage lending, auto lending, student lending and credit card issuing institutions on compliance and litigation matters involving the Bankruptcy Code, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, an other consumer compliance statutes.

Abigail graduated cum laude from SMU Dedman School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief for the SMU Law Review Journal of Air Law and Commerce and became a member of The Order of Barristers.  During law school, Abigail served clients as a student attorney for the W.W. Caruth Jr. Child Advocacy Clinic and Criminal Defense Clinic. Abigail received her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas, where she was a Normandy Scholar and served on the Liberal Arts Council.

Abigail serves as Co-Chair for the Dallas Bar Association’s Law in Schools Committee and is an active member of Texas Lawyers for Children.
