As part of the firm’s commercial real estate team, Roxanne advises clients in a wide variety of transactions including acquisition and disposition, office and retail leasing, development, financing transactions, and ancillary issues.
Before joining Condon Tobin, Roxanne worked at a boutique transactional firm, focusing her practice primarily on commercial real estate matters. Prior to that time period, Roxanne worked at a large national firm focusing her practice primarily on litigation matters.
Born and raised in Houston, Roxanne graduated with honors from the University of Houston Honors College and Bauer College of Business with a B.B.A. in Finance and earned her J.D. with honors at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. During law school, Roxanne served as Associate Managing Editor for the International Law Review Association, Chief Counsel of the Civil Clinic, and was a distinguished moot court competitor, receiving best speaker and finalist awards. She also was the recipient of the Dallas Women Lawyers Association (“DWLA”) scholarship, awarded for commitment to scholastic achievement while furthering the DWLA mission to elevate the standing of women in the legal profession.
In her free time, Roxanne enjoys playing tennis, Pilates, cooking, and traveling.
