Condon Tobin client Provident Realty invested $95 million into the redevelopment of the former Texaco HQ, vacant since 1989, in downtown Houston. “The Star” is known for its luxury apartments but will also include a premier restaurant from hot restauranteur Ben Berg, owner of B&B Butchers in Houston. Condon Tobin represented Provident in lease negotiations, which included unique considerations for historical preservation.
