Condon Tobin represented D&G Investors in purchasing $82 million of senior secured debt from Cici’s Pizza’s lenders. Cici’s recently filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Cici’s has more than 300 locations in 26 states.
